Job Costing & Pricing Calculator (Thai + English editions)

Fixed price · instant download · no quote needed

.xlsx · no macrosThai tax invoice available

An Excel file for businesses that sell work as jobs — enter materials, on-site hours and freight, and it returns the four numbers you have to keep apart when a customer pushes back on price: the cash floor (below it, every job you take drains the bank), break-even, the lowest price that still clears your minimum margin, and the price you should quote. It spreads fixed costs across jobs by the hours you actually sell, and prices the cost of waiting for payment from the credit days — netting off the part your own suppliers finance for you. A five-step status light 🟢🟠🟡🔴⛔ separates "does not carry its full share of overhead, but in a quiet month it beats turning it down" from "take this and real cash leaves the building". It warns when a wage is being counted twice against salaries already sitting in fixed costs. A banner frozen to the top of the pricing sheet shows how much of this month's fixed cost no job has picked up yet, and projects from your actual pace what the shortfall will be — so you can go find work mid-month instead of learning about it when it is too late to fix. Every setting keeps a "factory value" to copy back from when you break something. A self-test sheet runs 24 cases (10 normal, 10 deliberately broken, 4 that force every price-driven status light to fire) so you can see for yourself the formulas hold. The first sheet is a five-step guided tour that ticks itself only once you have done the step for real. One purchase, two files: the Thai edition and this English (Thailand) edition, generated from the same formulas. No macros — Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets all open it.

B2B Debtor Register & Collection System (Thai + English editions)

Fixed price · instant download · no quote needed

.xlsx · no macrosThai tax invoice available

An Excel debtor register for businesses that sell on credit — one row per invoice, and every morning it answers the only question that matters: who owes us what today, and who to chase first. Due dates can run from the Thai billing-cycle date (วางบิล) instead of the invoice date, matching how Thai corporate customers actually pay · three-level credit terms: per-invoice override → per-customer term → default · expected cash is computed net of Thai withholding tax (0/1/2/3/5%) on the pre-VAT base, the way customers actually withhold · invoices close themselves once payment arrives within a tolerance you set, so transfer-fee satang never linger as ghost debt · nine statuses: the standard ageing buckets 1-30/31-60/61-90/90+, due-soon, collected, and two data-quality flags (missing date · Buddhist-era year typed into a Gregorian field, which shifts dates by 543 years) · a ranked chase-today screen — broken rows first so you fix them, then longest-overdue and largest amounts, with each customer's phone/LINE pulled from the register · a four-step collection ladder you tune yourself (polite call → ask for a firm payment date → formal balance notice → suspend deliveries and escalate) · an idle-money column that prices every overdue baht at your overdraft rate, per year · a dashboard with ageing totals, DSO against your target, and the collection rate of invoices due in your chosen window · a reminder-message sheet: type a row number and it composes a polite Thai message with the invoice number, amount and due date, ready to paste into LINE or email · every setting keeps a factory value to copy back when you break something · a 26-case live self-test sheet (10 normal · 10 deliberately broken — negative amounts, overpayment, Buddhist years, billions · 6 forcing every ageing edge exactly) · sheet one is a four-step guided tour that ticks itself only when you have really done each step · one purchase, two files: the Thai edition and this English (Thailand) edition, generated from the same formulas · no macros — opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets

Landed Cost Per Unit — Import Costing (Thai + English editions)

Fixed price · instant download · no quote needed

.xlsx · no macrosThai tax invoice available

An Excel landed-cost calculator for businesses importing from China and beyond — enter one shipment header plus its SKU lines, and the file answers the only question that matters: once the goods reach your warehouse, what does one unit really cost, and what is the lowest price that still meets your target margin. Every layer of the customs arithmetic is included: CIF (separate FOB + freight + insurance, or a directly entered CIF figure from the declaration) → import duty at the rate you enter for your own tariff line → VAT computed on the duty-and-excise-inclusive base — the single most common manual mistake → and every Thai-side charge (D/O, port handling, clearance, trucking). A “VAT-registered?” switch separates cash needed at clearance from true cost (a registered business credits import VAT back). An FTA switch (Form D/E) zeroes the duty and shows, in plain baht, what the certificate saves on this shipment. Shipment costs allocate across up to 60 SKU lines by any of four methods (value / weight / volume / pieces), and the rounded satang always sum back to the pool exactly — the self-test forces it. Every line gets its true landed cost per unit, the minimum price at your target GM (rounded up in your chosen step, never down), and per-unit columns at rate −10% to +10% with the FX-linked part separated from fixed-baht Thai charges. A supplier-comparison sheet puts 2-4 quotes from different countries, currencies and terms on the same to-your-warehouse basis, with a weighted scorecard and a declared best-value supplier. The rates are yours: you enter your bank’s selling rate, date-stamp it, and can override per shipment — the file never auto-fetches, so a number can never silently change overnight. Every setting keeps a factory value to copy back, with 🟢🟡🔴 status lights and a settings sanity check. A 30-check live self-test computes with the same formulas as the real sheets (a normal shipment · an FTA claim · direct-CIF mode · non-VAT-registered · deliberately broken input — junk, negatives, billions, zero rates · forced satang allocation under all four methods). Sheet one is a four-step guided tour that ticks itself only when you have really done each step. One purchase, two files: the Thai edition and this English (Thailand) edition, generated from the same formulas. No macros — opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets

Quote Register + Win Rate (Thai + English editions)

Fixed price · instant download · no quote needed

.xlsx · no macrosThai tax invoice available

An Excel quote register for businesses whose quotes keep going silent — one row per quote sent, and the file answers the two questions most SMEs cannot: which quote to chase first today, and what your real win rate is. 'Next follow-up' counts in Thai working days, automatically skipping weekends and public holidays (the official 2026-2027 calendar is seeded — 46 dates — with room to add future years, and a warning when the calendar falls behind the clock), because chasing a customer on a holiday is bad manners. Quote validity: set a default once, override per quote, get 🟠 as expiry nears (the golden window to call and close) and 🔴 once expired, each with a recommended action. Twelve status lights including four data-quality catchers (missing date · Buddhist year typed as Gregorian · lost without a reason · decided without a date). A follow-up screen ranks the top 15 quotes to work, with each customer's phone/LINE pulled in. Win rate by count and by value against your target · monthly, per-rep and per-customer summaries · a locked 6-reason lost table that keeps months comparable — your price-and-terms feedback loop · win-weighted pipeline for planning · average days-to-decision, and average follow-ups on won vs lost quotes — your own evidence that chasing buys work. Every setting keeps a factory value to copy back. A 30-case live self-test (12 normal covering every light · 10 deliberately broken · 8 working-day/holiday/validity edges, incl. follow-ups skipping Mother's Day 12 Aug). Sheet one is a four-step guided tour that ticks itself only when you have really done each step. One purchase, two files: the Thai edition and this English (Thailand) edition, generated from the same formulas. No macros — Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets all open it.

13-Week Cash Flow Forecast (Thai + English editions)

Fixed price · instant download · no quote needed

.xlsx · no macrosThai tax invoice available

An Excel 13-week cash flow forecast for businesses that are profitable on paper but short of cash on payday — the standard turnaround-consultant tool, not an accounting report. It answers the one question financial statements cannot: which week do we run out, and how much do we need to find? The 13-week view shows each week's closing balance with its distance from your minimum cash line and the OD headroom left, while the banner states immediately how many weeks are in trouble, which week breaks first, the lowest balance across the plan, and the minimum you must raise. Four status tiers — safe → below the minimum line → negative, drawing on OD → past the OD limit — and each one names the action, not just a colour. Cash-in is entered per invoice: expected date, customer, invoice number, amount, whether VAT is included, the withholding rate, and a confidence percentage. The file derives the pre-VAT base itself, applies withholding to that base as the law requires, and weights what reaches the forecast by confidence (switchable to full value). Invoices below your confidence threshold raise a flag to go back and confirm with the customer. Cash-out has two halves: a register you type yourself, where each line can be marked deferrable — your ammunition in a crisis week — and monthly items the file generates from settings, four kinds across five months (payroll, rent/instalments, social security, and the VAT return). Payroll and rent falling on a holiday move EARLIER while social security and the VAT return move LATER, matching how these actually behave, and input VAT exceeding output VAT carries forward against the following month under section 82/3. A test switch delays every receipt by N weeks: set it to 2 and the screen shows exactly which week you die if customers pay a fortnight late. The 'actual vs plan' sheet takes two real numbers at each week's close and scores the plan's accuracy — a forecast never checked against reality convinces nobody within a month. Every setting keeps a factory value to copy back. A 48-case live self-test runs the same formulas as the real sheets, including deliberately broken inputs (negatives, text in number cells, Buddhist years, missing dates) that must raise a warning and must never error. Sheet one is a four-step guided tour that ticks itself only when you have really done each step: about 20 minutes the first time, under 10 minutes a week after that. It opens pre-filled with a worked example so you can see the result before clearing it for your own numbers. One purchase, two files: the Thai edition and this English (Thailand) edition, from the same 1,979 formulas. No macros, no internet, nothing leaves your machine — Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets all open it.

Sales Commission Calculator (Gross-Profit Based · Thai + English editions)

Fixed price · instant download · no quote needed

.xlsx · no macrosThai tax invoice available

An Excel file that computes sales commission from gross profit (GP), not from revenue — so nobody buys their commission by slashing prices to pump volume. Every setting keeps a "factory value" beside it to copy back when something breaks, with 🟢🟡🔴 status lights. Formula cells are locked against overtyping. A 21-case self-test sheet lets you watch the whole engine compute correctly — the rate table, the minimum-margin rule, the commission cap, the target multiplier, credit-days waiting interest, freight/labour/fees, all the way to the 30/70 hold-back split. The first sheet is a five-step guided tour that ticks itself only once you have done the step for real. If you edit the rate table and its bands fall out of order, the file warns immediately instead of paying silently wrong commission. One purchase, two files: the Thai edition and this English (Thailand) edition, generated from the same formulas. No macros — Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets all open it.
