For commercial sales in Thailand: • Retail buyers — no special licence required, but ideally only certified technicians or service centres with proper recovery/charging equipment. • Sellers must hold a Hazardous Substance Licence (วอ.) under the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535. Sahawatthanakit holds all required licences. • Imports/exports go through customs and may need notification to the Department of Industrial Works. • A2L refrigerants (R32, R1234yf) require ventilated storage and handling. If you're unsure about applicable regulations, ask our team before ordering.

R22 (HCFC-22) is controlled under the Montreal Protocol. Thailand's phase-out schedule: • 2030: no new production or import (freeze level per Kigali Amendment) • Currently: still available but prices rise every year as supply shrinks Drop-in replacement options: • R407C — closest match to R22 performance (GWP 1,744; requires POE oil change) • R32 — for new equipment designed for it (GWP 675; higher efficiency) • R410A → R32 — for current split AC units There is no true 100% drop-in for R22. Zinc anode service life depends on: • Anode weight: 100 g → ~1–2 years; 1 kg → ~10–15 years (in seawater) • Driving voltage: zinc open-circuit potential = -1.05 V vs CSE • Environment: seawater > brackish water > fresh water Design life formula (DNVGL-RP-B401): Life (years) = Anode mass (kg) × Capacity (780 Ah/kg) ÷ Required current (A) ÷ 8,760 hours/year Replace when: • Remaining mass < 50% of original weight • Measured potential drops more than -0.1 V from normal • Rust staining appears on the protected structure Recommended inspection: measure potential readings 1–2 times per year.

Stated per job. Drone/mobile (MLS) delivers centimeter grade (survey-grade ~1–3 cm with GCP + RTK/PPK), suited to topography, right-of-way and earthwork. Millimeter grade (~±1–3 mm) is achieved with terrestrial scanning (TLS) specifically for deformation/settlement monitoring — a premium tier dependent on sensor grade. We state exactly what the job needs, with no overclaiming.

Scanning finds the “symptoms” — settlement, cracks, spalling, corroded steel sections. The real cause is chloride-driven rebar corrosion, and Cathodic Protection (anode/ICCP) to ISO 12696 is the proven way to stop it. So we close the loop: scan to find risk → supply the anodes to protect against corrosion (anodes supplied only, no installation) → re-scan to monitor — which scan-only providers do not offer.

Every file ships with a self-test sheet that computes using the same formulas as the working sheets, so you can watch it come out right — 21 to 48 cases depending on the product, deliberately including broken inputs (negative values, text typed into number cells, Buddhist-era years in a Gregorian field) so you can see the file raise a warning instead of quietly computing something wrong.
