You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the file, with no reason required. Write to sales@sahawatthanakit1988.com or LINE @sahawatt1988 with your order number.

We refund in full to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving your notice.

Because the product is a downloaded file and cannot be returned physically, we ask you to confirm that every copy has been deleted, and we disable that order's download link.

Download is available immediately after payment clears, and we also email the download link to the address you enter at checkout.

One purchase, two files — the Thai edition and the English (Thailand) edition, generated from the same formulas.

Displayed prices already include Thai VAT.

You can buy in your company's name — enter the company name and 13-digit tax ID at checkout and we issue the tax invoice to match.

The file is sold outright, once, for use inside the buyer's own business. You are free to edit and adapt it to your work.

Reselling, redistributing or publishing the file is not permitted.

This is a finished file. It does not include installation, training or per-customer customisation.

Every file ships with its own manual and a self-test sheet that computes using the same formulas as the working sheets, so you can verify it yourself.
