Questions customers ask before ordering
Can racks be made to my dimensions, and what load do they take?
Yes — every type (Selective, Drive-in, Cantilever, Medium, Micro, Mezzanine) is built to your width × depth × height and shelf count. Load per level is engineered to your goods, from 150 kg (Micro) to several tonnes per pallet. Send the warehouse size, clear height and pallet weight and our engineer designs the layout free.
Do you install, how is it priced, and is a site visit needed?
We have installation crews in Thailand; installation is priced separately by number of bays and distance and itemised on the quotation. Site survey and layout design are free in Bangkok, its suburbs and the EEC; for other provinces we design from your floor plan and photos.
How should the floor be prepared before installation?
The concrete slab should carry at least 200 kgf/cm² (typical factories are 250–350), with flatness Ff ≥ 25 per ASTM E1155, and any underfloor pipes or cables located before anchoring. Our team checks this at the survey.
Do you inspect existing racks?
Inspection and certification of existing racks is not offered at present. We design, supply and install new racking to AS 4084 / EN 15512 / RMI ANSI MH16.1; if you want to extend or replace parts of an existing system, send photos and dimensions for assessment.
Is it in stock, and how soon can you deliver?
Items stocked in Thailand ship immediately: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan in 1–2 business days (same-day express within the metro area); other provinces 2–5 business days via Kerry/J&T; 200 L drums and heavy goods go by dedicated freight. Tell us the quantity and destination and we confirm the delivery date with the quotation.
Is there a minimum order?
Most items have no minimum — order by standard pack size (200 L drums may need several to justify freight). Pricing is tiered by quantity, so the unit price falls as volume rises.
Can I get a PDF quotation in my company's name and a full tax invoice?
Yes to both. Quotations go out as PDF within 2 hours on business days (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00), and every order receives a full Thai tax invoice (tax ID 0125563021156) with withholding tax handled per job type. New customers pay before shipment or place a ≥30% deposit on project work; customers with 6+ months of history can apply for credit terms.
Do you provide COA / SDS / test reports?
Yes, per product line: lubricants and greases come with a COA to API/SAE/ISO spec and an SDS; welding blankets with a test report to EN 1869 or the maker's standard; anodes with ASTM B418 / ISO 12696 certification. Send the model and lot number in chat to request documents. Everything is genuine and lot-traceable to the manufacturer.
Can I buy for resale — is there trade pricing?
Yes. We supply shops and contractors who resell or use the goods on customer jobs. Trade pricing is tiered by volume and order frequency — send the item list, monthly quantity and destination province and we will quote a trade price.
