Questions customers ask before ordering
Is it in stock, what pack sizes, and is there a minimum?
The NOVA line (Rust Shield, Aqua Shield, NOVA-Cool, Solar Coat) and the main industrial paints come in 1 L, 4 L and 20 L; the price per size is shown on the product page (ex-VAT). No minimum — a single can is fine. Stocked lines ship in 1–2 business days.
Can it go over rust without blasting, or underwater?
Yes. The 1-part moisture-curing PU primer applies over rusted steel without blasting (2,000 h salt spray, ASTM B117, at 150 μm), and the 2-part solvent-free epoxy applies on wet or underwater surfaces at 400 μm DFT. Tell us the substrate condition and environment (C1–C5/Im per ISO 12944) to choose the system.
Do you sell epoxy floor paint or marble-effect floors?
Our range is protective and industrial coatings for steel and concrete (PU, epoxy, luminous, antimicrobial, heat-reflective). Decorative marble-effect flooring is not in the range; for concrete floors that need sealing, antimicrobial or chemical resistance, send site photos and we recommend a system.
Is it in stock, and how soon can you deliver?
Items stocked in Thailand ship immediately: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan in 1–2 business days (same-day express within the metro area); other provinces 2–5 business days via Kerry/J&T; 200 L drums and heavy goods go by dedicated freight. Tell us the quantity and destination and we confirm the delivery date with the quotation.
Is there a minimum order?
Most items have no minimum — order by standard pack size (200 L drums may need several to justify freight). Pricing is tiered by quantity, so the unit price falls as volume rises.
Can I get a PDF quotation in my company's name and a full tax invoice?
Yes to both. Quotations go out as PDF on business days (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00), and every order receives a full Thai tax invoice (tax ID 0125563021156) with withholding tax handled per job type. New customers pay before shipment or place a ≥30% deposit on project work; customers with 6+ months of history can apply for credit terms.
Do you provide COA / SDS / test reports?
Yes, per product line: refrigerants come with an SDS and a quality certificate; paints and coatings with a TDS/SDS; anodes with ASTM B418 / ISO 12696 certification and a Mill Test Certificate stating composition and electrochemical capacity. Send the model and lot number in chat to request documents.
Can I buy for resale — is there trade pricing?
Yes. We supply shops and contractors who resell or use the goods on customer jobs. Trade pricing is tiered by volume and order frequency — send the item list, monthly quantity and destination province and we will quote a trade price.

A guide to detecting holidays/pinholes (invisible discontinuities) in protective coating films: choosing low-voltage wet sponge (thin film < 500 µm) vs high-voltage spark/DC (thick film > 500 µm) per NACE/AMPP SP0188, SP0490 and ASTM D5162 — setting voltage by DFT (too low misses holidays, too high burns the film), which work requires it (tanks/pipes/immersion/marine), mark-repair-retest, and what a TOR must specify.
